Affiliate Program Terms

1. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn 15% commission on all qualifying sales at the Starter tier. Commission rates increase to 18% (Gold) and 22% (Diamond) based on cumulative referral sales. Commission rates may vary during promotional periods at PapaHair’s discretion.
2. Cookie Duration
Referral cookies persist for 30 days. If a customer completes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your referral link, you earn the commission for that order.
3. Payout Terms
The minimum payout threshold is $50.00 USD. Payouts are processed within 7–14 business days following approval of your request. New commissions are held for 30 days to account for potential returns or chargebacks.
4. Prohibited Activities
- No spam or unsolicited messages of any kind
- No paid search advertising on PapaHair branded keywords
- No coupon or deal sites without prior written approval
- No misleading, false, or exaggerated claims about products
- No self-referrals or fraudulent purchases
5. Brand Guidelines
You must present PapaHair products accurately and in a professional manner. Use only approved brand assets available in the Resources section. Do not alter logos, product images, or brand colors without written permission.
6. Account Termination
PapaHair reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms, with or without prior notice. Outstanding commissions may be forfeited upon termination for cause.
7. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
