Glam & Earn (“G&E”) is a referral-based earning initiative operated by PapaHair Beauty Collective LLC through its corporate social responsibility division, Beautiful Living. By applying to and participating in this programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and disclosures in their entirety.
1. Not a Multi-Level Marketing or Pyramid Scheme. Glam & Earn is a single-tier, direct referral programme. Participants earn commissions solely from qualifying product sales generated through their own personal referral link. There are no recruitment commissions, downline structures, team bonuses, or any earnings based on the activity of others you introduce to the programme. Participation does not require the purchase of any PapaHair products.
2. Earnings Disclaimer. The $50 per referral sale commission rate applies to confirmed, non-refunded purchases made via your unique referral link. Earning examples and testimonials displayed on this page are for illustrative and inspirational purposes only and do not represent guaranteed or average results. Individual earnings depend entirely on personal effort, audience size, platform activity, and market conditions. PapaHair Beauty makes no income guarantees of any kind.
3. Payment Terms & Minimum Threshold. The minimum payout threshold is $100.00 USD. New commissions are held for a 30-day period following the date of the qualifying purchase to account for the customer’s return window. Payouts are processed within 7–10 business days after a withdrawal request is submitted and approved. PapaHair reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions related to returned, cancelled, disputed, or fraudulent orders.
4. Identity Verification (KYC). A valid, government-issued photo identification document (passport, national ID card, or driver’s licence) is required to complete your application. This is collected solely for the purpose of fraud prevention, age verification (18+), and compliance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Identity documents are stored using industry-standard encryption and are never shared with third parties except where required by law.
5. Prohibited Conduct. Participants must not engage in spam, mass unsolicited messaging, false or misleading product claims, self-referrals, coupon manipulation, or fraudulent purchase activity of any kind. Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions. PapaHair reserves the right to investigate and report suspected fraud to relevant authorities.
6. Taxation. Participants are solely responsible for declaring and paying any income taxes, self-employment taxes, or other levies arising from their G&E earnings in their respective country or jurisdiction. PapaHair Beautiful Living does not withhold taxes on behalf of participants and does not provide tax advice. Participants are encouraged to consult a qualified local tax professional regarding applicable reporting requirements.
7. Programme Modifications & Termination. PapaHair Beauty Collective LLC reserves the right to modify commission rates, payout thresholds, programme rules, or to suspend or terminate the Glam & Earn initiative at any time. Material changes to commission rates will be communicated to active participants via email with a minimum of 30 days’ notice where reasonably practicable. Continued participation after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. International Participants. This programme is open to eligible residents of participating countries as determined by PapaHair from time to time. Participants outside the United States and European Union may use Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel, M-Pesa, etc.), PayPal, or other approved payment methods where available. PapaHair is not responsible for third-party payment processing fees, currency conversion charges, or payment delays caused by financial institutions or mobile network operators.
Governing Law. This programme is governed by the laws applicable to PapaHair Beauty Collective LLC’s registered jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith, and where necessary through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable commercial arbitration rules.
